Water loss in Mahtomedi.

This water loss took place in Mahtomedi, MN. This was a reoccurring call from a few years back--an exterior water pipe froze and ruptured above a downstairs bedroom through the ceiling. Notice in the after picture that extraction equipment is used to remove water from the carpet padding BEFORE the padding is removed. This ensures less weight for removal and keeps water pooling to a minimum instead of being spread out on the path of removal in the structure.
