Last year my fireplace malfunctioned resulting in soot and ash distribution throughout my entire home. My insurance agent recommended SERVPRO to do the cleanup, and I'm glad he did. SERVPRO of Stillwater, Oakdale and Mahtomedi not only completed the majority of the cleanup but also replaced my carpeting and professionally painted my entire home. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the results. Within 10 minutes of the phone call to my insurance company,  SERVPRO was on the phone setting up an appointment with me. They arrived the next morning and told me from that point on I had nothing to worry about. They dug in and took care of everything. They took pictures and documented every bit of damage, submitting it to me for my approval and turning it into my insurance company. They carefully packed everything that would be cleaned. They emptied the entire house. They told me that if I needed anything to be sure to call. And when everything was cleaned an entire crew brought it to me at my new place. The whole process was seamless. And SERVPRO made that happen for me. I can't thank them enough.

This company and Employees are the BEST! I took a new position as a property manager for 40 units. One of those units had a hoarder, the worst I've ever seen! 2 cats & a dog that had not been outside for probably a year. Steve came out to the property and continued to work with me through the entire process of eliminating everything in the unit little by little to try and save money. The entire unit had to be demoed including the new appliances. It was bad and the employees had to wear masks & protective clothing. They worked until the smell of animal feces & ammonia were gone completely . I'm truly amazed at how well this unit turned out Thanks to SERVPRO! I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone! I'm so impressed with their service that I've hired them to strip, wax and buff some flooring in another unit. Call them and you will be satisfied with the work.

So this was year #2 for me to have SERVPRO out to my house, as awful as it is having septic flow into your house, they had everything cleaned and sanitized very quickly. Not only did they clean up everything, they dealt with my insurance and actually got everything covered including my lower level redone after I was told that it would not be fully covered. I cannot say enough about Steve and Chris, thanks and thanks to you crew for making a horrible thing twice be ok but I really hope to not see you again for this reason. Thanks, Laurie.

Wow I have no words to thank Steve at SERVPRO! Wonderful to find honest and trustworthy people when you are questioning major home repairs. We had been given some mold information from another company diagnosing our issue and quoting us thousands to repair it after paying them $300 to look at it alone. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. They came and “sterilized” the basement, brought many commercial air dryers and dried the basement for several days. We would recommend this company to everyone.

Our company worked with Steve at SERVPRO and he came out and looked at our VCT flooring that needed stripping and waxing. After his assessment we hired the company to come complete the project. They came last week and did an excellent job. We will defiantly be using them again and highly recommend them for sure!

We had a plumbing fixture split and gallons and gallons of water were spilling out into our basement. After getting the water shut off, my next move was to call, SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley, to see what to do next. They had a team to my home within 30 minutes of my call and they were moving furniture out of the way to get the water contained and start pulling out the problem areas where the water seeped through. We left the ‘mess’ for the weekend and knew it was in good hands with the crew from SERVPRO; the disaster didn’t seem so imminent once they showed up. Your staff was onsite on a Friday evening within 90 minutes.  How could I ask for better than that?  Linda is great on the phone; very calming, professional, efficient.  From start to finish, SERVPRO personnel were extremely helpful, professional, and polite.  Jared and Wade instilled confidence the minute they arrived and I knew things would be taken care of.  The fact that you call when entering my home and leaving my home (using a garage code) is a real bonus so no extra time away from my job was necessary.  This is Jared's second job at my address - super guy; explains process well and fields my dumb questions with a smile.  Give him a raise.
